Chicken Kidney Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS
300 gr chicken breast fillets (grilled and chopped)
400 gr red beans
1 red bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 handful parsley and dill
4 starks spring onion
3-4 Pickled Gherkins
Asparagus
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon juice
4-5 tbsp olive oil
Pomegranate sauce (optional)
For Chicken Marinade;
3-4 tbsp olive oil
2 grated garlic cloves
Salt
Black pepper
Thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
To marinate the chicken, put the all ingredients into the bowl and mix well in order to chicken is fully absorbed the sauce. Cover it and refrigerate for an hour.
Add the asparagus in an even layer, cover with water. For medium asparagus, cook it only 5 minutes and rinse with cold water to stop cooking, transfer to a dish.
Over the medium heat grill the chicken into a skillet. And chopped into a cubed.
Chop vegetables into small pieces.
Mix the vegetable, chicken and sauce.
