Almond & Coconut Marble Cake

INGREDIENTS
200 gr almond flour
30 gr coconut flour
3 eggs
100 gr butter
110 gr sugar
70 gr semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp yoghurt (Greek style)
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 packet baking powder
A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the butter and the chocolate separately and set aside to cool.
Mix together almond, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
Beat the eggs for a while then add the sugar and keep mixing.
Add the butter, cream, yoghurt, vanilla to the batter in order while the mixer is running.
Put the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix.
Divide the batter between 2 bowls.
Stir the cocoa powder and melted chocolate into the mixture in one of the bowls.
Spoon the batter into the greased cake pan in 3 layers. Each layer content mixing plain and cocoa mixture.
With knife swirl it around the mixture in the tin a few times to create a marble effect.
Bake for 40-45 minutes in the preheated oven at 180C (356F).
After cool you can drizzle melted chocolate top of the cake.
