Sesame Noodles with Beef

This easy and quick weeknight sesame beef noodle recipe, tossed with some vegetable dish incredibly flavorful!

Prep Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

For Sauce;

  • 50 ml beef broth

  • 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

 

Vegetables;

  • 1 sliced carrot

  • 5 spring onions or chives

  • 2 green pepper

  • 1 red pepper

  • Mung bean sprout

  • Olive oil (for cooking)

  • 200 gr noodles

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the beef. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Heat olive oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Put the marinade beef and cook for 5 minutes, stirring to cook. Transfer the beef to the plate.

  • Heat the olive oil, then add all vegetables and cook stirring often, 6-7 minutes.

  • Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  • Cook the noodles in boiled water until chewy but not soft.

  • Put the beef on the wok and pour the sauce, stirring to combine. Then cook together for a while.

  • Add the cooked noodle to the wok and cook together for 1 more minute and remove from the heat.
