Chocolate Chips Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large bananas

  • 3 medium eggs (at room temperature)

  • 110 gr butter ( at room temperature)

  • 120 gr brown sugar

  • 250 gr flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ ground cinnamon

  • 75 gr sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 150 gr chocolate chips

  • A pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 18oC (350F).

  • Grease a loaf pan with butter.

  • Mush well the bananas and set aside.

  • Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt in a bowl and mix together.

  • Beat the butter with sugar until it is creamy and light.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, ripe bananas, sour cream, vanilla and mix them.

  • Put the dry ingredients into the mix bowl bit again until combined.

  • Fold through the chocolate chips.

  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes until the knife comes out clean.
