Chocolate Chips Banana Bread

Bake time: 1 hour 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
3 large bananas
3 medium eggs (at room temperature)
110 gr butter ( at room temperature)
120 gr brown sugar
250 gr flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ ground cinnamon
75 gr sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 gr chocolate chips
A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 18oC (350F).
Grease a loaf pan with butter.
Mush well the bananas and set aside.
Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt in a bowl and mix together.
Beat the butter with sugar until it is creamy and light.
Add the eggs one at a time, ripe bananas, sour cream, vanilla and mix them.
Put the dry ingredients into the mix bowl bit again until combined.
Fold through the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes until the knife comes out clean.
